What tolerances can Koloseus hold?

We work in the micron range. Our CNC universal cylindrical grinder makes that possible. Final inspection runs on Wenzel coordinate measuring equipment and Derby Etalon gauges.
Which materials do you machine?

Steel (including hardened and stainless), stainless steel, aluminium, brass, titanium, plastics and special materials. Our machine park is set up for series work as well as single parts.
Is Koloseus certified?

We are certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 (quality management) and DIN EN ISO 14001 (environmental management), both valid until November 2028. Both certificates are available as PDFs in German and English.
What batch sizes do you produce?

From single parts and prototypes up to medium series. Our Nakamura turn-mill centres make complex parts productive, so both one-offs and repeat series are economical.
How long does it take to assess an enquiry?

Once we have your drawing and quantity you will receive a quote without obligation within 48 hours. We accept drawings as DWG, STEP, PDF or DXF — straight through our enquiry form.
